use the already running
instance of mysql, instead of having it fork a separat process?
I understand the need to install mysql if its not already installed,

install --reinstall squeezecenter without a purge works! This seems
strange to me
/etc/init.d/squeezecnter stop
/etc/init.d squuezecenter start
does not work. Looking in ps ax after stop does not show any
squeezecenters running. What is going on in the postins
. Another username and pasword to remember
and to protect from phishing expeditions.
I will file a bug report expect to get one in tomorrow.
