Ermm, I feel kind of out of date here!
I am running 7.2 on ubuntu 8.04. I am getting a Touch player so have to
upgrade (even though 7.2 works flawlessly and as such I haven't ever
bothered to upgrade!).
In the past the repository was directed to debian.slimdevices.com

I had checked in Adept and it seemed to suggest that I had the latest
version running, so I thought that had changed!
I will take the sound advice and remove the previous version before
install, one question on this though; the only thing of importance to
me in the existing
