[SlimDevices: Unix] PCP starts to prompt after power loss

PCP 4.0 After power loss event, pcp now starts only to prompt (tc@piCorePlayer:~$). Power cycling does not change the situation. It seems networking is not started, as I cannot connect to pcp with SSH. What's wrong? Xyzz
