I have upgraded to the new lms and got the new dac's, both of which had
no effect!
As a last ditch fix i thought i would change the tts voice, to my
surprise it works!
I havent had chance to look at exactly why but ill look tonight in more
detail and post back.
Thank you for your posts 😀
Try - http://downloads-origin.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.9
Better: http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.9
(the latter is served by a CDN, thus much faster in most cases, the
former is the latter's origin server)

I'll update mine, thanks.
I have just ordered a replacement DAC based on the same chip as yours.
With the audio delay set to 0 i get no sound on the TTS, as soon as i
get it high enough to get something from the TTS i get chipmunks.

Mr. Teapot, I downloaded your zip files and both played on my Boom, so I
tried them on a rPi with an Allo Kali and Piano DAC and both played on
it too.
I suspect that you have something in the settings in LMS that is
preventing the stream from playing.

I have added the "-u E" to the launching of Squeezelite and it dosen't

I think the " -R E" that i am already using tells it to re-sample the
