Doesn't look like the debian repository has been updated to 7.4.1:

The packages text file still details 7.4.0, plus the file dates a give

I must have wasted an hour of my life on the phone with a guy from
Logitech this morning who had me restart router, controller, ...
everything. I just swapped from both libraries and it worked fine. I
had tried the RPM of the file not knowing that DEB was the way to go.
