Upsampling is done to the capability of the device. But I thought you
said it happens whenever that device plays. If you said it is fine
sometimes, then it wouldn't be upsampling.
If ut is occasionally, then it might be retries, look at the wifi
diagnostics on the pi when it is happening.

Wouldn't it be the same problem with the other Squeezeboxen if I use
upsampling? And why is the Problem sometimes gone when I reboot the
PiCorePlayer (not the Server)?
But I will have a look on the Server Side. Maybe I find some upsampling
Settings.

The zero has been supported for a while. The zeroW is a recent
addition.
Not sure what is causing the bandwidth. But is use the same USB stick,
and it works fine for me. I still would suspect upsampling, but I'm not
sure how to check your server for that.

Hello,
I have some wifi problems with picoreplayer when I'm playing flac over
wifi. As soon as I do, the wifi load will get very high (as you can see
in the picture between -10 an -7). This ends up in stuttering audio.
I've never seen any of my wifi devices get such high load, no other
squeezebox
