Hi all, I've been working on this neat bit of functionality which allows you to configure a portlet to render in the full 'focus' view on the mobile portal, rather than having it rendered as just a link.
For example on the home page of the mobile view we want to show some content, not just a link to go and see that content. The way it works is that portlets are given a channel parameter, focusInMobile=true. The layout XML is then modified slightly so that instead of rendering a channel-nav element (for portlets with the focusInMobile param), which is later turned into a link, it is rendered as a channel element which is then rendered as the actual portlet content. https://issues.jasig.org/browse/UP-3321 Feedback welcome. cheers, Steve p.s.
