*Requirement for Embedded Systems Consultant*
*Location:* PA *Duration:* 3 Months * * *Experience Required:* - Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in Embedded Systems Product design - Working knowledge of C/C++ - Familiarity with designing around embedded RTOS - Familiarity with hardware design concepts, ability to troubleshoot mixed hardware/software issues - Familiarity with Communication Protocols (Ethernet, USB, RS-485) - Freescale Coldfire Processor familiarity a plus - Familiarity with the COS Real Time Kernel - Familiarity with hardware design concepts, ability to troubleshoot mixed hardware/software issues *Principal Accountabilities:* - Design/architect software - responsible for designing and implementation of robust software solutions - Develop and execute software test plans - Bug hunt and fix – responsible to report and fix bugs identified within the software - Document – responsible for documenting changes made to software - Good communications skills including the ability to quickly and affectively communicate issues and concerns. - Experience working in larger development teams (>5 developers) *Academic Degree(s) required:* 4 Year Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Computer Science okay with practical embedded software development experience) Thanks & Regards *Ajay * *(214-295-5100)* ePower.
