I am in need of a functional PM with HRIS or HCM implementation experience.

The candidates they will consider need to have led a full implementation
for an HR System.

*Job Description:*
Client is going to implementing a new HR system (currently they use ADP).
They have not selected a vendor but are looking Oracle, Workday and a
couple of others.
They will have the vendor selected by mid June and want this person to
start 7/1.
This person will be implementing the new system from start to finish and
will be working very closely with the selected vendor.
The selected candidate doesn’t necessarily need to have the specific vendor
experience, but they need to have lead a complete implementation of an HRIS
platform.
This includes: payroll, employee record management, application tracking /
recruiting, time and attendance, benefits administration, performance
appraisal,
scheduling, absence management, etc.
Since this is a migration project, the selected candidate also need to have
conversion experience including data mapping.
The ideal candidate will be a functional HCM Consultant
