LEAD ORACLE FUNCTIONAL CORE HRMS AND COMP WORKBENCH CONSULTANT Duration: 12 +months Location: Houston, TX
We need a strong senior oracle hrms functional consultant to lead a USA roll out of the latest release of R 12 for some of the core HR modules and to also lead the compensation workbench module roll out. Excellent comm and great experience implementing these modules for full life cycle is required. Oil/gas industry or engineering and construction industry is a small plus. This is a global client that has already rolled out in other countries and this resource will assist with the usa effort. SENIOR FUNCTIONAL/BA PEOPLESOFT PAYROLL CONSULTANT Location: NYC Duration: 1++ years We need a Senior Peoplesoft HRMS consultant with experience implementing and supporting Payroll. The resource also needs strong experience working with PS Query to assist with Adhoc reporting and analysis. Great comm skills is also needed, the resource will be working with the business to do requirements gathering, documentation, and run reports using PS Query. They are running version 9.1 so recent experience with that version is preferred. Our client is also implementing Workday Core HR suite so any experience with Workday is a strong plus and this resource will be able to learn and be exposed to workday to assist with those project needs over the coming year.
