Position Description:
Summary: Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate
processing or to improve existing computer systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and
prepares essential groundwork.
Evaluates business requirements for enterprise business applications
integration and service activation, while delivering new or modified
software systems enhancements and/or integration solutions.
Participates in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and
support of system requirements. Identifies customer requirements, develops
test schedules, reviews testing plans and tracks and documents the
development and results of these plans.
Alerts project managers to potential risks and issues of importance.
Uncovers client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such
as Data flow Modeling and Object Modeling, Case Analysis, Workflow Analysis,
and Functional Decomposition Analysis. Solicits client requirements through
interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.

Additional Information:
This position is specific to the agile software development process.
Candidate must demonstrate agile experience, including having written
requirements in the form of User Stories. Additional duties are:
- Serve as the primary representative of the customer and internal product
owners in the development process.
- Apply a variety of market, customer and general business analysis skills
to maintain a deep understanding of the preconstruction domain.
- Translate business needs and Product Owner vision into requirements,
stories, acceptance criteria, design intent and other learning deliverables.
- Assist the development team with testing and verification.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support demonstration efforts and
communicate current and future business needs.
