Work as part of a team in support of enterprise driven, operational and project related activities. Provide direction, recommendations, capacity forecasting and performance analysis. *Responsibilities:* • Work closely with all SA, tools and application support teams to further monitor and analyze the performance on different production applications • Build capacity planning models for key applications and present findings to management and technical teams. • Provide technical support for performance and capacity planning related project activities. • Configure and tune performance when requested. • Provides guidance and direction to project teams to ensure capacity and performance for applications • Help develop, implement and support our capacity tool. • Create capacity or performance reports when requested for the different applications. *Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: * 6-8 years experience in the following: Performance / capacity analysis at the server level (applications level is a plus), performance tuning on Windows/Unix environments. Ability to put complex ideas into clear communication and architectural drawings and provide reports of the findings.
