*Owings Mills, MD* *12 months contract* *Phone/Skype Hire* *NOTE: *we need someone who was at least Bootstrap Framework experience and ideally also Angular JS experience. Communication is key here as well. Resource will need to be a UX Designer & UI Developer. The following outline the responsibility: *Participate/lead UI JAD sessions *Create static comps using Adobe Illustrator CC *Convert developed comps to responsive, interactive HTML prototypes using *Bootstrap framework* and media queries, HTML5,CSS3, Javascript and JQuery. *The resource should have experience with a content management system, preferably Autonomy TeamSite/LiveSite. *Resource should have experience designing website in responsive manner, for desktop/tablet and mobile form factors. *Any experience working with an *Angular JS* project would be a plus, but not essential The resource needs to have the following qualifications: *Minimum 4 to 5 years UX design and UI development experience *Be proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery *Expert level in Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop CC *Troubleshooting various HTML implementations across device types *Have best practice knowledge and skills in responsive web design Possess strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking and presenting to upper management and large audience.
