Direct Client Opening "Oracle Field Service" Location: New Jersey Duration: 6+ mth 7 to 9 years experience with Oracle Applications in service contract and field service Responsibilities: Support the Field Service areas: .Function as lead for potential business process enhancements; document in detail the impacted service contracts business processes, and identify improvement strategies. .Partner with service contract management to develop a detailed plan of implementation for all recommendations. .Partner with Client USA IT to enhance Oracle for the purpose of automating and testing all recommendations. .Lead Client's Oracle development team throughout the entire development life cycle including analysis, ensuring coding standards, version control, code reviews, and unit integration, and customer acceptance testing. .Provide mentoring and leadership to all team members. .Serve as liaison between the user an IT community in defining/designing customer reports, interfaces, and extensions.
