Candidates must have relevant technical skills (outlined below), with ability to trouble shoot production issues. As part of the application support team, this person will be helping with day time resolution of production issues of our large applications. As part of that job they will be involved in independent trouble shooting and defect fixing of problems called in via help desk tickets, working with the Subject Matter Experts to do root cause analysis and, reporting the resolution back to the end users. This person will also help with enhancements and/or break fix scenarios including development for small mandate projects if any. The person will also do night time on call when appropriate, on a rotational basis as the rest of the team members.
