Complete Description: This lead programmer will be responsible for porting the EPHTN web application from a portlet within an existing BEA Weblogic 9 environment to a stand alone Java JSF application utilizing the Java Spring Framework including its authentication and authorization layer (ACEGI). The existing application utilizes Cognos reporting and an Oracle database. The developer will need to migrate the application and then design a new security layer using the Java Spring Security layer to authenticate against an internal and an external Microsoft Active Directory.
