The Tableau Developer must be proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirement and content knowledge. · Support multi-environment Tableau infrastructure, including: server security, troubleshooting, and general system maintenance. · Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new Tableau software releases. · Use advanced data visualization tools to provide an easy to understand interface for end users to quickly identify key themes and abberations within S&OP team needs.. · Work with internal management and team members to understand and clarify visualization requirements and needs. · Identify key business measurements metrics and develop methods to represent data in support of the dashboards · Provide guidance and insight on data visualization and dashboard design best practices. · Write supporting functional specification and design documents. · Develop and maintain a BI reports and dashboards such that conforms to consistent methodologies, standards, and industry best practices · Develop visually informative dashboards, customized reports and score cards, based on business requirements. · Manage ad hoc analytics requests for OLTP and OLAP systems by developing and presenting quickly, efficiently and accurately. · Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues. · Facilitate Tableau on board traning *Required Skills:* · 3 to 4 years experience of the entire lifecycle with Tableau including hands-on programing, administration, and maintenance.
