The role is within a Structured Products group (FRONT OFFICE).
- The team works closely with the traders, quantitative analysts,
product controllers and other technology streams to support Securities
Trading Desk
- Development is heavily business driven, and the team must balance
stability and quality with a demanding schedule of functional change to
meet business needs.
- The applications are being developed entirely in C#, and the
successful candidate will have considerable first-hand experience of
developing complex WinForms applications in C#.
- They will have previously worked in team based development
environments using source code configuration management tools.
- Windows Presentation Framework (WPS) experience is a MUST
- Java knowledge/Certification is a huge plus
- They will be expected to own the design and documentation of
components for which they are responsible, and follow the team's
development processes and standards, contributing to their evolution.
