Role: ITSM with Servicenow Analyst Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Duration: 5 month contract with possibility to convert Interview: In-Person after Telephonic Client: NBC Universal Qualifications: v 8+ yrs. experience in Design and Implementation of ITSM platforms and at least 5+ yrs. experience on ServiceNow Automation Platform v Experience with leading the process definition, design & implementation of Configuration Management and its supporting processes on ServiceNow / other industry leading Configuration management tools. v Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions involving enterprise software v Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications v Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS v Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript or Jelly including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc. v Must have solid experience building integrations to ServiceNow v Functional knowledge and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset, Knowledge Management) Responsibilities: · Lead all technical aspects of solution design including: v Solution architecture, with specific emphasis on Configuration Management and Asset Management. v Lead efforts on Process , solution design & integration in support of implemented and new processes v Manage multiple workflow design and configuration efforts v design of required client specific reporting v Lead design of required integration components v Be a key member of the overall ITSM Service Design team and lead architecture efforts.
