*Position: Network And Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer*

*Location: Mountain View, CA*

*Duration: 12 Months*



*JOB Description*

To Manage the Voice and Data infrastructure and ensure delivery of agreed
service levels from both internal and external 3rd party suppliers. To
manage capacity utilization by monitoring current usage and forecasting
future demand and then bringing new capacity into service in a timely and
cost effective manner. In conjunction with the IT Service Continuity
Manager develop, maintain and periodically test service continuity plans
for all network infrastructure

Strong understanding of networking equipment’s including L1, L2, L3
Switches, Routers, Server administrator, Linux Administration, Datacenter
knowledge.

Proven working knowledge, experience and background of Network technologies
and architectures

Voice  Network and Telephony Contact Center/SME Consultants.

Candidates should have minimum 5 - 6 years good technical experience on the
following .

CCNA/ CCNP certification is must to have.

Expertise in Contact Center Technology , Avaya( Call manager, MM Voicemail
systems), Call routing / call transportaion methodology ( Routing network/
Physical transport), PBXs, Reporting and Recording Solutions
software(Nice),.

Demonstrate successful completion of analysis, technical design, and
programming assignments.

Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and
clear fashion.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Valid CCNA Voice Certification.

Handle contacts (via Phone/Email/Chat) and analyze the issue and provide
solution.

Knowledge on Avaya Session Manager and SM, AES, CMS is plus

Strong understanding of Voice Infrastructure, Platforms Like Avaya, and
tools Verint Etc

Knowledge and experience with Contact Center Build Outs.

Understanding RFP RFI and translate it into Technology requirements.
