I really appreciate if you would let me know your interest. *Position: Lead Performance Engineer* *Location: Marlborough, MADuration: Long Term Contract* *Note*: Solid communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management experience are crucial for this role. *Role Requirements*: The candidate must have previous performance engineering management experience across multiple projects as well as experience with agile/scrum methodologies: Build *Stakeholder* Relationship and Performance Engineering Technical Strategy for the Large Program (Point of Sale upgrade) & its workstreams Work with Point of Sale upgrade program stakeholders, define & drive the strategic aims and roadmap for performance engineering throughout the SDLC to achieve Program goals Be responsible for working closely with customer managers, architects, developers, and quality assurance to ensure performance measurements are being addressed in a timely fashion Participate and review application architecture, design and requirements documents from performance perspective.
