*Job Title: Lead BI Developer with SQL *
*Location: Redlands, CA(LOCAL ONLY)* *Duration: 6-12 Months Contract.* *OVERVIEW:* Be the senior technical resource in the technology solution architecture for Enterprise Data Management and Business Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for the assessment of business requirements; collection and identification of technical specifications; and the subsequent design, development, and delivery of technology solutions. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Develop technology specifications and ensure new technology solutions are designed for optimal access and usefulness, leveraging existing technologies when possible Manage all aspects of a BI technical roadmap, including platform requirements and support for end-user BI tools Perform as lead architect in development, design, execution, and implementation of complex dashboards and BI self-service solutions Partner with internal teams and vendor partners to provide technical leadership in order to develop and support effective BI solutions Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Integration team to implement new data sources required to support data warehousing, BI, and analytics Serve as a technical expert in the evaluation and testing of capabilities, characteristics, and requirements of existing and emerging BI technologies Work extensively with business users to understand their needs and processes; deliver tactical and strategic solutions to add value through business intelligence Participate in guiding new BI initiatives through the full life-cycle, including performing technical management and overseeing implementation and adoption *REQUIREMENTS:* Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions Minimum of 6 years of experience with business intelligence solutions design working with Enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Mart environments Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft SQL Server and its BI stack Hands-on experience with semantic-layer BI solution design and development Hands-on experience in dashboard design and development Extensive knowledge of business intelligence best practices, processes, tools, standards, and methodologies Working knowledge of the breadth of business intelligence tools available and the ability to develop a cohesive technology roadmap that balances end-user needs with supportability Proven experience with the design, development, delivery, and upgrades of large-scale BI platforms, including dashboards, documents, schema, cubes, and advanced reporting Experience working in agile environments Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, as well as independently under own initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills *RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:* Experience with data virtualization technologies Experience with SAP ERP and BI modules Experience in the software industry For Further information regarding the job or to apply please contact (*Zaid Mohammed*) at *412-450-1316 Ext: 115* or z...@shstinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
