This will include tracking all prospective tenants through the tenant engagement lifecycle, keeping engagement schedules on track, scheduling reviews and other relevant steps in the process and updating dashboards with tenant status and metrics. The Project Manager will also provide relevant feedback to the PMO regarding areas for improvement in tenant engagement and related activity, and will incorporate this information into relevant documentation. The Project Manager should be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and tasks, while keeping all on schedule and/or escalating where appropriate. Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required. Experience with standard office and project management tools (e.g. MS Office, Visio, Project, SharePoint, etc) is required. Experience working with customers or in a service provider environment (i.e. basic customer/account management) are highly desired.
