JD as follows: *Teradata ArchitectWest borough, MARate: $DOE/hr* *Responsibilities:* Candidate must have strong experience and background in Teradata Architecture, Physical Data Modeling, Database Design / Development in Data Warehouse Environment. Strong knowledge on various indexes, experience in Performance Tuning and providing solutions to BI and ETL. Experience with Database Query Log (DBQL) Query Performance Tuning. Good experience in writing complex queries and developing semantic layers. Experience with various tools such as BTEQ, MLOAD, FASTLOAD, FAST EXPORT, TPT etc. Good understanding of both Dimensional and Relational database concepts.
