Title: ETL Informatica Developer Professional Day Length: 8.0 Contract Duration: 6 months + Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania -- only USC or GC Minimum Requirements: - Three to five years of in-depth knowledge of and experience with the Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, Data Profiling option as a designer & developer. - Three to five years experience in data warehousing. - High proficiency in understanding relational and dimensional data models. Familiarity with data modeling and associated tools. - Experience with Oracle 10/11g or other RDBMS. - Expert knowledge of structured query language (Oracle SQL) and PL/SQL including the use of SQL editors, stored procedures, database triggers and optimizing SQL statements. - Proficient with AIX operating system and UNIX scripting. - Strong strategic skills, the ability to lead in the adoption of ETL technologies, standards and best practices. - Deductive logic, complex problem solving and excellent trouble shooting skills. - Experience with COGNOS BI/ ReportNet, Powerplay development is a plus. - Experience with Informatica Web services / message queue option preferred. - Experience with Mainframe VSAM files is a plus. - Experience with XML and ACORD is a plus. - Prefer working knowledge of the life insurance or financial services industry.
