*Position:* Java Developer
*Location:* New York, NY
*Duration:* 6 Months
*Rate:* $ DOE
This is a 6 month project with our client in New York, NY
Please note that this position will require and in person interview.
This is a 35 hour work week.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Java
2. J2EE as web and client applications
3. Struts 2.0
4. SQL Server 2005
5. Eclipse IDE
6. AJAX
Desirable Experience:
1. Knowledge or hands-on experience working with: IVR, OCR, GIS and
other 3rd party applications.
2. Experience working in a public agency is desired.
3. Specific experience in Public Health is a plus.
*SCOPE OF SERVICES *
Candidate will be part of a team to build a large scale web application and
Handheld solution using java and SQL Server with several interfaces such as
IVR, OCR, GIS, and other 3rd party APIs (such as Google maps for
directions).
