Job Description: o Source, Screen and identify the right candidate for each profile. o Look for new avenues to attract candidates. o Knowledge of the US job market, Corp-to-Corp, hourly, Full-time, H-1B, salaried, US based On-site Consultant etc. o Source Talent using job portals, networking, referrals, groups etc. o Maintain and document communication in a database. o Providing excellent customer service to the Clients/Vendors. o Maintain relationships with clients/hiring managers to receive ongoing requirements. o This individual will work the US hours (East/West coast) and support local US recruiting teams in hiring of full time or contractors.
