Job Title: Web Developer III Duration: 09/07/2010 to 12/06/2010 Location: Falmouth, ME (strong preference would be give to candidates based out of ME, but candidates from other locations may be considered if a right match) Rate: $40/hr -Max Job Description: We are looking for developer to develop applications for iPhone and iPad. Below are responsibilities the client is looking for: - Lead multiple project development teams in developing programing solutions for various Bank mobile platforms. - Develop applications for iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Windows mobile OS. - Develop functional specifications jointly with business consultants, determining any use of 3rd party modules and selection of programming languages as well as breaking overall problem into specific modular segments - Evaluate coding within assigned projects. Determine steps needed to get code ready for production testing and take appropriate action to correct any deficiencies. - Coordinate testing of code for functionality, adherence to standards, and impact to existing systems including vendor interfaces - Participate in related system architecture discussions, providing programming, architecture, and process expertise. Influence architectural decisions - Develop prototypes for new screen designs, coding structures, and "proof of concept" demonstrations - Participate in documentation process, developing modules and structures. - Document to established development process. - Ensure proper documentation of any code written for assigned projects Skills/Education: - Experience with mobile application development. - Knowledge of iPhone development using Objective-C, Cocoa, and Xcode and Knowledge of Java development. - Strong documentation skills during all steps of an application development lifecycle - Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills Skill Matrix: - Familiarity and knowledge of Xcode (client needs 2+ years of experience) - JAVA (client needs 2+ years of experience) - Objective C (client needs 2+ years of experience) - Prior iPhone/iPad application development experience (client needs 2+ years of experience) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
