*Lead Design Analyst*

*MUST be available for onsite interview with their expenses***
*Duties:*
System Analysis and documentation (System Use Case) 30%
System Design (System Design docs and diagrams) 60%
Coding (For proof of technology) 10%
Project deliverables: High level and detail level design documents
Other duties will include:
- Act as a liaison between business and software developers
- Occasionally can code for Proof of Concept
- Work closely with Solution/Application and Enterprise Architects and
Software Developers.
- Gather business requirements and develop system requirements i.e. System
Use Cases Translate system requirements into technical design and maintain
comprehensive technical documentation.
- Identify system constraints or gaps in business requirements and
effectively communicate issues/risks to the manager in a timely manner.
- Assess release scope and business requirements deliverables to identify
system impacts and estimate level of effort.
- This position does perform some coding to validate design i.e. Proof of
Concept
- Conduct JAD session and lead the team.
*Position Requirements*:
- Expert level experience with UML
modeling
- Solid experience with Use Case diagrams, Class diagrams and Sequence
diagrams
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and
maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Experience in system design and development utilizing J2EE and related
technologies including EJBs
- Very strong systems analysis skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and RUP for both custom and vendor-supplied software.
- Ability to identify system constraints or gaps in business requirements
and effectively communicate issues/risks to the manager in a timely manner.
- Ability to assess release scope and business requirements deliverables to
identify system impacts and estimate level of effort.
Experience with any/all of the following technical skills would be a plus:
- Web Services
- MQ Series
- SOA
- Design Patterns
