Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of system development and maintenance life cycles; 2. Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation and resolution of custom-written computer application production issues or problems, with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems. 3. Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles, design and practices. 4. Knowledge of relational database theories, concepts and access methods. 5. Skill in accurately estimating time requirements for computer programming tasks for a project. 7. Skill in customer service. 8. Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions. 10. Ability to prepare complex computer program specifications. 11. Ability to prepare computer program test plans, to create test databases and test environments, and to write and maintain unit tests. 12.
