Job Title: Lotus Domino – L2 Support Location: Alpharetta, GA Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description: Highly skilled level 3 Notes / Domino Admin Support, servicing a Global Notes / Domino messaging, and collaboration environment, within an international, single domain/multiple domain environment. · Configure, manage and monitor IBM Domino servers across clusters · Manage mail routing and replication, Domino directory management tasks · Messaging systems administration involving Lotus Domino 8.5.x, 9, SMTP, email gateways, certificate and encryption management · Responsible for the system architecture, planning and management of operational projects such as upgrades, enhancements and etc. · Triage and resolution of user issues, with escalation to the vendor as necessary · Develop and manage monitoring of core Domino performance metrics and server health · Set and administer server storage space allotments, resource reservations, and directory assistance · Experience in Domino - Transaction Logging · 5+ years of experience in Domino 8.5/9.0 technology support · Understanding of Microsoft technologies, networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and virtual machine technologies. · Understanding of ITIL process Warm Regards, Jack Dorsan -Team Lead E-mail: jack.dor...@panzersolutions.com Direct Line: 651-433-7040 Ext:143 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
