- Strong technical skillset on following Microsoft SQL Server 2012 BI
Stack including:
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular Model
- Master Data Services (MDS)
- SharePoint 2013
- Excel and PowerView reporting
- Data Modeling and Architecture knowledge (Star Schema).
- Very good communication (verbal and written – PPT and MS Word)
- Functional knowledge on Sales, Order Management, Pricing and Supply
Chain Management.
- Experience of leading team size of more than 10 members.
- Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model.

- Leading the requirements documentation and sessions with business users
- Leading the Design (Data modeling, Architecture and ETL design)
- Project and task planning for development team
- Weekly status reporting to Customer and TCS Management.
- Leading the development team end to end, being single point
accountable for delivery.
*Generic Managerial Skills*
Should be able to lead a development for task delegation and manage client
expectation and communications.
Should be able to deploy goals for the team and do appraisals and do
resource management.
