They will define logical data models, data mapping, system testing and training. This individual will apply their analytical expertise to the analysis, design, development, integration, and support of BI/DW solutions. *Responsibilities:* · Collaborate with the SAP functional teams to define logical data models. · Complete data mapping documentation for ETL development. · Test data after it has been loaded in a SQL Server database. · System testing of data models in the Data warehouse · Analyze and document existing and future reports · Work with other Analysts to develop training material. *Qualifications*: · 5+ years of progressive experience in gathering Requirements, creating Functional Specifications, developing Test Cases and executing Systems Integration Testing. · Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to problems quickly. · Must be able to translate concepts and directions into practical solutions. · Experience in reporting and business intelligence solutions is a plus. · Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service focus. · The ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action. · Strong verbal and written communications skills. · Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex problems required. · Retail experience preferred. · SAP knowledge preferred. · MicroStrategy experience preferred. · Bachelor's Degree Required. · Strong SQL skills · Strong documentation experience using MS Office.
