*Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst * *Location: Irvine, CA* *Duration: Long term* *Note: Experience on Mutual Funds and Salesforce are mandatory* *Job Description: * Our client's division - Private Client Services is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join a high-producing and fast-paced IT group. PCS IT provides support for a wide range of applications and technologies to enable PCS’s full-cycle investment process. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will work as a liaison between business users and technical teams to identify, analyze, and translate business needs and user requirements into system development specifications. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will lead small project teams and assist in the development of business cases and proposals. Additionally, the role includes project implementation responsibilities and interaction with business and IT groups. The candidate will help provide leadership for the BSAs on the team. *Responsibilities include:* • Work with business partners and the application development team in gathering and documenting business requirements • *Create quality documentation including analysis and design documentation, workflow and process diagrams, UI wire frames, report designs, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and status reports* • Provide project management for key initiatives • *Facilitate meetings with business and with IT, including JAD sessions* with the development team, business users, and technology vendors • Work closely with business partners to resolve issues and propose creative solutions • Mentor Business Systems Analysts on the team • Review existing production or IT processes and help improve / redefine system processes and the technology required to support the application environment • Identify and lead quality improvement activities • Provide production support, application overviews and training • *Traveling to the Los Angeles Office occasionally will be required* *Requirements:* • Strong understanding of the investment business and investment cycle • Strong relationship building skills; Ability to work effectively with multiple business users and IT teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Communicate in a manner that non-technical end users can understand • Strong experience in Business and Systems Analysis and Design, Process modeling and re-engineering • Strong analytic and problem solving skills • Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
