Should have done at least two Microsoft WPF implementations in the past. The candidate should have: - Hands on development experience of Microsoft .NET, WPF and Infragistics controls - Experiences of implementing MVVM pattern - Strong skills of application architecture and design on Microsoft platform - Experience of designing database model and writing SQL statements - Ability to have technical architecture and design discussions with client’s staff - Ability to figure out solution options with minimal guidance - Work planning and execution skills - Experience with PowerBuilder applications a plus (Current application is written in PowerBuilder) PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience of Telerik, Microsoft Silverlight, Microsoft Prism, Oracle PL/SQL will be a plus.
