My name is *Ajay*, we have a job opportunity for you as a *Business Analyst With ETL *one of our client based at *Eden Prarie, MN.* *Job Title: Business Analyst With ETL* *Location: Eden Prarie, MN.* *Duration:* *Full time* *Start date: ASAP* *Job Description:* · Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. · Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. · Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. · Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. · Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality. · Utilize RSA methodology in performing business systems analysis duties. · Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc. · Experienced with large data warehouse projects · Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule *What skills/attributes are a must have? * · 8+ years of BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization · 5+ year healthcare experience - MUST · 5+ year healthcare data analysis projects experience - MUST · Must have HC Claim life cycle experience. UHG experience with system like M&R data is highly desirable. · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). · Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST , Must have agile REAL experience and only book knowledge · Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping with Agile methodology is MUST · Data warehouse project experience. · Handling Claims data, as well as health care data work experience · Experience on RUP · Looking for someone who has a solid experience in Relation data. So that they can quickly understand Claims data/ healthcare data etc · RSA methodology (Requirement solution analysis) . Candidate who has good experience in RUP will be able to pick this up very quickly on the job.
