Title: Qlikview Solution Architect posted on 2014-11-05 15:02:51 Job Description:*Title: Qlikview Solution Architect* *Location: Malvern, PA * *Duration: 12 Months* Client recently signed an Enterprise wide deal with Qlikview, but does not have an Enterprise Data Warehouse, so the Dashboard will be pulling data from varying systems, business units, and DWs. The Business Intelligence *Solution Architect* is responsible for the delivery of scalable and high performance Business Intelligence architecture that meets the business goals of end-users. The Business Intelligence Solution Architect develops and maintains domain Business Intelligence models as solutions for Enterprise Dashboard tool (QLIKVIEW) that reads data from data warehouse (SAP BW, Oracle, SQL and other data sources. A primary responsibility of the QLIKVIEW Solution’s Architect is to work alongside BI Architects, Business Analysts and Developers, translating business requirements into logical models and planning the optimal Business Intelligence solutions as developing smart dashboards using QLIKVIEW. In this role, the Solution’s Architect participates in the strategic decisions regarding technology, definition, and implementation of all enterprise data management implementations. *Responsibilities: * • Design, build and support the Enterprise dashboard solution: Qlikview. • Architect data structures and processes to standardize, distribute and provide access to information across the organization. • Participate in data architecture planning in support of enterprise data Reporting objectives. Provide technical expertise to business and technology teams. • Establish standards and best practices for Business Intelligence architecture and related technologies from an enterprise perspective. • Develop flexible, scalable data architectures for Dashboard/ Reporting needs in coordination with Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Warehouse that adopt to changing business environment. • Develop and maintain guidelines for QlikView architecture design, QVD design, QVW performance tuning, Security design, etc. Partner with other technical teams to develop security standards for QlikView applications. Act as the QlikView subject matter expert and assist developers with complex technical challenges. • Optimize QlikView performance. QlikView Dashboard Design & Development.
