Inform and advise customers on information system technologies, functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements. Anticipate problems and proactively manage them to resolution. *ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Provide technical expertise for critical point-of-sale (POS) applications. - Participate in the development of functional requirements and design specifications. - Help refine conceptual systems design requirements and produce a detailed technical design. Prepare and deliver supporting technical documentation. - Provide programming and technical expertise to implement business solutions according to the technical design. - Ensure that all code / technical configurations and other work products are thoroughly unit-tested prior to delivery. - Participate in system / integration testing as appropriate.
