Job: Network Engineer II w/Cisco Router Location: Hopkins, MN Duration: 7 Months Special: Must complete online skill test before technical interview Job Description: Network Engineer II Immediate need for a Network Engineer II for network support. The position is level 2 network support including incident resolution, request fulfillment, and queue management for our Global Network Technical Support team. The candidate will work onsite as part of the North America team working together with the Global team to provide 24x7 support. The working hours will be an 8 1/2 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch break M-F. There are various shifts available within the hours of 7am to 7pm. There is no on call with these positions. Required: Cisco Router, Switch and Wireless Access Point troubleshooting and configuration experience. Preferred: DNS\DHCP, Infoblox, Checkpoint Firewall, Juniper Remote Access, McAfee Web Gateway, Cisco IP telephony, F5 GTM and F5 LTM experience.
