Duration: 6 months, with extension likely**** **** *Job Description: for OCM* **** Organizational Change Management resource needed to support *stakeholder assessments, training, and communications *for a strategic program within World Wide Operations. **** This resource will be responsible for management and execution of OCM deliverables including: · Stakeholder Management: Assess change impact, manage stakeholders, create and implement action plan to manage readiness for projects/program · Training: Manage training from early assessment through project close · Communications: Manage project communications from strategy through execution · Support program framework contribute to iterative design of tools and template · Support project teams to meet deliverables, identify, escalate and mitigate risks, submit weekly status to lead **** Skills & Experience: · *SAP Project experience* · Successful track record managing change in global projects and audiences · Strong project management and administration · Proactive planning, taking initiative, and problem solving · Process orientated and disciplined · Manage multiple priorities · Ability to work at strategic level, and quickly switch gears to execute deliverables · Strong training development and delivery experience, especially for software implementations and professional/team skills.
