Understanding SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and the development skills to support SEO. ( 5 ).. Experience with Content Management Systems, deploying content to several environments, and managing file changes. ( 6 ).. Experience consulting with and recommending solutions to the business users. ( 7 ).. Demonstrated ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and business customers while leading development to a completed and successful solution. ( 8 ).. Experience with web application development processes including working with web designers and the creative team, testers, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and off-shore developers. ( 9 )..
