CCBA Certification – (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) ITIL Certification Master’s degree Minor in Information Systems The BA will work with development teams, project managers and other internal and external parties as needed to help facilitate the successful completion of company projects and initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project documentation. Represent business interests and ensure that all technical designs meet business needs. Work directly with management and users to gather configuration project requirements and documents as needed. Act as the liaison between the business units, and technology teams, relaying information in an easily to understand manner. Research and extract data from various sources to build business cases for proposed projects. Works closely with Sr. Business Systems Analyst and Project Managers to ensure project issues and risks are identified, and develops the plan to mitigate each. Possesses solid understanding of SDLC, application programming, and database systems. Prepares frequent project updates to the Sr. Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
