*Contract Position:* Crystal Reports Administrator
*Duration:* 4+ months
*Location:* Raleigh, NC
*Duties *
· Assist with migration, conversion and installation.
· Responsible for performing the server upgrade process, including
all report conversion activities (with the application vendor),
installation of the updated version of Crystal Reports on the 2008
platform, configuration of the Crystal software to run as required for the
current version of application, and problem resolution and recovery
processes.
· Assist in maintenance of existing reports to assure accuracy
during the timeframe after the upgrade.
*Skills Needed:*
· Experience installing Crystal Reports; Required: 3 Years
· Experience converting Crystal Reports; Required: 3 Years
· Experience configuring installed Crystal Reports software to run
with required applications, Required: 3 Years
· Subject Matter Expert level expertise in problem resolution
related to Crystal Reports installation, conversion and configuration;
Required: 3 Years
· Working knowledge of running/executing Crystal Reports, Required:
3 Years
· Ability to work as a member of a team to successfully accomplish
the tasks required under this staffing request, Required
· Knowledge, skills and ability to provide Crystal Reports support
during and after installation, Required
· Working knowledge of MS Server 2003 OS platform; Required: 3 Years
· Working knowledge of MS Server 2008 OS platform; Required: 3 Years
· Experience working with server upgrades when Crystal Reports are
converted; Required: 3 Years
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Highly Desired:*
· Proficient use of computer applications such as MS Office and
Project in performing work assignments
· Coding experience;
· Experience working with .asp applications;
