*QA Tester w/Loadrunner Minneapolis, MN 6+ Months Contract EAD, Greencard or US Citizens* *Must-haves* 4-6 years+ of experience with Loadrunner Expert in performance testing Need to be able to take initiative to create performance measures Not strictly heads down coding, will need to interact with project teams to provide testing input and suggestions Experience working on multiple project simultaneously Experience testing Web or Java based products *Plusses *Java or Visual Studio programming experience Experience doing any testing program development *Role *Work with project teams to determine what needs to be done from a testing perspective Perform load characterization Develop load testing for specific proprietary product features ( most are Java or Web based) Minimal testing program development Need to be able to think beyond the requirements in front of them, not a lot of daily direction. The work environment is one in which you receive a task and are expected to perform the necessary steps to complete it.
