*Job Title: QlikView Developer/Designer* *Location: Jersey City, NJ* *Duration : 6_ Months* *Job Summary: * Global Analytics / Business Intelligence team is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Qlikview Developer/Designer to join a team of professionals working on long term strategic data visualization projects with high visibility. The candidate will work closely with our business users, development teams, other analysts and project managers to analyze and validate data visualization and business intelligence requirements. Required Soft Skills/Abilities: The candidates must possess minimum of 8-10 years of related technology experience, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be creative, self-sufficient and resourceful. TheQlikView Developer/Designer performs a variety of project oriented tasks to support the information needs of the organization. Experience working on multifaceted teams engaged in aspects of Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and Data Warehouse is a prerequisite for this position. *Required Technical Skills: * Minimum 8 years experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytical Solutions 3+ years experience utilizing QlikView to implement complex analytical solutions which access data from multiple sources Solid experience developing complex QlikView data models Mastery of Qlikview charting; set analysis; reusability; leveraging variables and templates; and building/deploying section-access security models ability to write complex front end scripting or expressions Hands on professional able to write complex front end scripts and expressions, data source integration and advanced GUI development in Qlikview Strong knowledge on Qlikview server architecture and building QVD's and QVW's applying business rules and data validations Able to develop macros in visual basic for advanced functionality Any experience on QlikView Extension objects would be plus Advanced scripting and ETL, data modeling (star schema); Working with large data sets; Use of complex QlikView functions and developing most optimal scripts for a given solution Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and Dimensional Modeling Optimization of data model for performance Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments Creating complex expressions for dynamic aggregation Actions and triggers, Document Chaining & linking experience Publisher and Server experience preferred but not required Knowledge to leverage mapping GIS providers in QlikView for multi-layer maps (multiple metrics and dimensions overlaid on maps using extensions) QlikView Certification preferred Database Design and Performance Tuning experience preferred *Job Responsibilities: * Define, develop, and implement Qlikview dashboards, scorecards and reports Conduct requirement working sessions with business users Participate in design reviews of prototypes that align with our business segments Develop a solution/framework for provisioning data for consumption by business users who create Qlikview applications Develop and enhance guidelines for Qlikview applications Develop, maintain and continually enhance a strategy around QlikView Data (QVD) files Partner with other technical teams to develop security standards for Qlikview applications and the usage of QVD files Responsible for training end user community on the newly developed/enhanced dashboards Thanks & Regards *Sateesh *| Sr. Technical Recruiter *Seven Hills Software Technologies Inc.* Carnegie Office Park, Building Six 800 N.
