Coordinates operational designs, develops support plans and provides support for applications. . Installation, configuration and administration of Cognos 10 in multi-tier, virtual server and Windows environment. . Support Cognos production environment for large scale user base . Develop and maintain metadata layer in Cognos Framework Manager. . Migrate and deploy application code in multiple environments. . Cognos capacity planning and performance management. . Monitor Cognos environment for usage and performance metrics. . Available on call support for Production issues . Provide leadership and vision for best usage and practices with regards to Cognos tool set. . Setting standards and guidelines for BI development. . Mentor other team members for knowledge transfer .
