Notes Domino Mail Servers
• Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills on Mail routing, Mail
delivery,ACL management, User management and Provisioning
• Good understanding on domain services, DNS is required
• Work on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change
Management and Release Management
• Good working knowledge on Blackberry Enterprise Server Administration,
Maintenance and Management
• Good working knowledge on Email Gateways such as IronMail, Ironport
• Working knowledge on Symantec Email Vault would be an advantage
• Working knowledge on Unified Communications products would be an advantage
• ITIL knowledge preferred
• Domino to Exchange Migration experience would be an advantage
