Need Backup Admin Location: Georgetown, KY Duration: 12 Months Rate - $40/hr Skills: • Experience installing, upgrading and patching Netbackup servers and clients. • Thorough understanding of Netbackup and its components (Vault, Database Agents, etc). • Thorough understanding of backup and vault policy configuration. • Experience with SUN/STK tape libraries and LTO2-4 tape drives. • Experience with Data Domain or Sepaton disk based backup targets. • Extensive backup failure troubleshooting abilities. • Experience with IBM Domino, RMAN, and NDMP (NAS) based backups. • Experience working tickets through Symantec support. • Basic knowledge of VI text editor and UNIX operating systems. • Basic scripting abilities (KSH, CSH, BSH, DOS Batch, etc.) • Experience with Backup Reporter/Ops Center preferred but not required. • Experience with TSM backup software is a plus!
