*SAP Test Lead Miami, FL 4 months w/ possible extensions* *Must haves:* 5+ years experience in the area of Software Quality Assurance and Testing 2+ years experience in test lead role Strong background in testing SAP’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (OTC or O2C) processes Must have strong SQL skills and solid understanding of RDBMS concepts. Hands on experience with SAP and Web based systems’ Functional testing Hands on experience with HP Quality Center Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Working knowledge of SharePoint *Plusses:* Experience with EDI, SAP, Biztalk, Web Services, XML, IDOC is a big plus *Role* The ideal candidate will have hands on testing experience coupled with test leading skills for the test efforts focused on SAP’s Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash processes and data flow validation in SQL server based databases. Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test reports for their assigned work streams. Will lead functional and integration testing efforts on concurrent SAP and non-SAP based work streams Provide test and verification support during all levels of the SDLC Will be responsible for leading 1-2 onsite testers, ensuring high staff productivity and morale through training, coaching, and management. Must be experienced in analyzing requirements, writing System and End-to-End test scenarios and detailed step-by-step test cases. The applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during UAT; must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
