*Salesforce Developer - EAD or GC or Citizen* · Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud through configuration and Apex development. · Implement and integrate third-party products and applications with Salesforce. · Design and Implement APIs that are hosted in the Salesforce Platform. · Resolve and assist with software application issues and challenges as needed. · Develop and execute plans to mitigate occurrence and reoccurrence of production issues. · Anticipate long term support issues and plans for corrective actions. · Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions to software or business process issues. · Document solutions and perform knowledge transfers to the team. *Qualifications* · Experience working in a distributed development environment. · Experience writing *Apex, SOQL, Visualforce* components. · Experience with declarative configuration on Force.com <http://force.com/>. · Experience with team development tools. · Experience in Application support – problem diagnosis and resolution. · Experience with mobile development. · Experience with Salesforce Communities and Identity components. · Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> projects - end to end implementation experience preferred. · Expertise in industry standard development methodologies. · 2 - 3+ yrs. *Apex *development experience on the Force.com <http://force.com/> platform including the ability to write triggers and develop Visual force pages. · Familiar with Market Cloud (Exact Target). · Familiar with building integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. · Experienced candidates with Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> development certification are a plus.
